Eucalyptus plywood panels with continuous wood faces and layered cut edges
Eucalyptus plywood faces and cut edges

Choose the outer veneer for your finish and the inner construction for visible edges, routing and hardware. Specify the face, core and finished thickness together for the component you make.

Your face. Your core. Your finished component.
WHAT IS OUTSIDE AND INSIDE

All-eucalyptus or eucalyptus core plywood?

Choose eucalyptus throughout for a named outer and inner construction, or use a eucalyptus core beneath the face you want. Face selection, inner veneers, bond and finished thickness work together in the board you cut, finish and assemble.

All-eucalyptus plywood

Specify eucalyptus for the face, back and inner veneers. Choose the appearance grade and layer arrangement around the finished surface, cut edges and machining, with the bond and thickness matched to the use.

For your enquiry: Eucalyptus in every veneer layer, face/back grades, ply arrangement, cut-edge requirements and intended finish.

Eucalyptus core, selected wood face

Combine eucalyptus inner veneers with your chosen outer veneers. An okoume, birch or other named wood face sets the appearance; specify the core separately for routed edges, hardware positions and the complete component.

For your enquiry: Face and back species, veneer cut and matching, eucalyptus inner construction, finish, holes and joints.

Eucalyptus face, selected inner veneers

Keep the eucalyptus appearance outside while choosing poplar or a stated mixed core inside. Identify the complete layer arrangement when comparing costs, panel mass, processing and the edges your customer will see.

For your enquiry: Eucalyptus face/back, inner species or mix, veneer arrangement, visible edges and component-weight requirements.

YOUR COMPONENT SETS THE PRIORITIES

Buy for the face, edge and assembly your job needs.

A cabinet part, laminated interior panel and film-faced concrete form need different surfaces and construction details. Start with the finished job; we help put the board, processing and applicable product requirements into one enquiry.

Furniture and machined components

Specify the inner veneers around grooves, holes, exposed edges and hardware. Choose the face for the surface your customers see, and agree thickness and flatness around the joints and fittings in your assembly.

For your enquiry: Visible sides, cut-edge finish, profiles, holes, hardware, support and finished-fit tolerances.

Plan your furniture components

Laminated interior panels

Select a eucalyptus-core substrate with the surface preparation your facing process needs. Coordinate the decorative surface and back arrangement with pressing, machining, edge treatment and final panel dimensions.

For your enquiry: Facing material, face and back arrangement, surface preparation, flatness, edge treatment and finished thickness.

Compare complete surface systems

Film-faced concrete formwork

Order the complete film-faced product, not only a eucalyptus core. Choose the film or overlay, bond, core and edge protection around the concrete finish, panel supports, handling and reuse conditions.

For your enquiry: Concrete finish, film or overlay, core arrangement, dimensions, support, fixings, edges and reuse plan.

Select your Film Faced Plywood

Protective cases and cargo panels

Choose the board around the fastening layout, component weight and handling. Include surface protection and the edges that meet corners, fittings or seals; case design and cargo loads remain part of the complete assembly.

For your enquiry: Case or cargo design, panel spans, fixing positions, profiles, handling weight, exposure and destination.

Compare panels for protective cases
BEYOND THE UNFINISHED SHEET

Set the edge, hardware and surface requirements before cutting.

Specify how the panel becomes your finished component. The chosen veneers, thickness, preparation and machining should suit the joints, fittings and surface your team will produce.

Exposed and machined edges

Choose the core gap and repair allowances around the part you will cut. For visible edges, agree the veneer arrangement and finishing; for grooves and rebates, include remaining material and the quality of the machined edge.

For your enquiry: Visible, banded or covered edges, profiles, cutting direction, gap allowances and finished edge appearance.

Hardware and joint fit

Provide hole centres, fixing positions and reference edges for hinges, handles and joints. Agree the finished thickness and tolerances, and evaluate the selected board on a component with the hardware and assembly you intend to use.

For your enquiry: Hardware, hole exits, reference edges, finished thickness, fit tolerances and the supported component.

Coatings and applied surfaces

Choose face preparation for paint, clear finishes or added laminates. Include the back arrangement, edges and final thickness after finishing so the surface and inner board work as one finished panel.

For your enquiry: Visible sides, sanding, coating or facing, back balance, edge treatment and finished dimensions.

Compare your finished part, then order it again

Keep the face choice, core arrangement, thickness, profiles, holes and finish together for repeat purchasing. Use the finished component to agree edge appearance, fitting positions and handling. Keep the drawing revision and part labels with your next order so the panel, machining and pack identification remain consistent.

THE PANEL AND PROCESSING YOU ORDER

Specify the eucalyptus layers and the finished result.

Start with your use, face, dimensions and quantity. We help complete the inner construction, processing, product documents and delivery requirements for a quotation you can compare.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Eucalyptus faces, cores and finished parts

Questions before you order eucalyptus plywood.

What is eucalyptus plywood?

It is plywood containing eucalyptus veneers in the face, core or throughout. The complete specification identifies the outer veneers, inner species, layer arrangement, bond, grade and finished dimensions. Choose the construction around the appearance, machining and use of your panel rather than only the wood name.

How does eucalyptus core plywood differ from all-eucalyptus plywood?

Eucalyptus core plywood uses eucalyptus inner veneers beneath separately specified face and back materials. All-eucalyptus plywood specifies eucalyptus in the outer and inner veneers. An attractive face does not identify the core; name both when comparing the surface, cut edges, panel mass and cost.

Is eucalyptus plywood a hardwood product?

Eucalyptus is a hardwood timber, but a plywood panel may combine it with other veneer materials. Hardwood describes the timber group, not a universal strength, density or durability rating. Specify every relevant layer and use the properties and applicable documents for the complete panel you order.

How should I compare eucalyptus and poplar cores?

Compare the same face, sheet dimensions, finished thickness, bond and processing. Evaluate the machined edge, hardware arrangement and finished component, and use panel mass measured under the same moisture conditions. Neither species name alone supplies the weight or fixing performance for your chosen construction.

Can I choose another wood face over a eucalyptus core?

Yes. Name the outer veneers, appearance grade, veneer cut, matching and finish, with eucalyptus specified in the inner construction. Our Okoume, Birch and Hardwood ranges help compare face choices. Keep the back, exposed edges and any applied coating or facing in the order specification.

Can eucalyptus plywood be painted or laminated?

Yes. Select surface preparation and the board construction for your coating or applied facing. Agree the back arrangement, edges, flatness and thickness after finishing, then compare the result on a representative component. For ready-faced supply, discuss the complete Melamine, HPL or Film Faced product you need.

Can you supply cut-to-size or machined eucalyptus parts?

Yes. Provide a part list with quantity, dimensions, grain direction, reference edges, profiles, holes and tolerances. We agree the board and requested processing together, including edge quality, hole exits, hardware fit, labels and protection for the parts in transit.

Which thickness and sheet sizes can I order?

See Sheet sizes for regular and made-to-order formats. Send the required finished thickness, tolerance, cutting layout and quantity mix, including any added facing. We agree dimensions and processing around your assembly and handling requirements, with the selected construction identified in the quotation.

What is the density or weight of eucalyptus plywood?

It depends on the actual veneers, layer arrangement, bond, finished thickness, dimensions and moisture condition. State your component-weight or handling requirement. We use the chosen panel’s measured or agreed mass information rather than applying one density to every all-eucalyptus, mixed-core or faced board.

Can eucalyptus plywood be used for formwork or wet-service parts?

Choose the complete product for the use. For concrete forms, specify the film or overlay, core, bond, edges, supports and concrete finish through our Film Faced range. For exterior or wet-service parts, include wetting and drying, coatings, protected cuts and joints. Species alone does not make the board waterproof or establish a structural grade.

Where is your eucalyptus plywood made?

CUZI PLY is the manufacturer and direct supplier in Linyi, Shandong, China, with 10 production lines across our plywood range. We state the offered face and core construction, processing and delivery arrangements with your quotation. Veneer origin and sourcing information are separate from the place of panel manufacture.

How do I compare eucalyptus plywood prices?

Compare the same face and back grades, core construction, finished thickness, sheet format, bond and processing. An all-eucalyptus board and a eucalyptus-core board with a different face are different specifications. Include usable parts per sheet, edge finishing, packing and delivery in the comparison. We can quote the constructions that suit your component, with the price unit and included processing clearly stated.

How do I get a eucalyptus plywood quotation or sample?

Send the all-eucalyptus or eucalyptus-core requirement, face and finish, size and thickness mix, quantity, machining, destination and target date. We quote the product, processing, packing, price unit and delivery terms together. For a sample, name the construction and finish to evaluate; any sample and courier costs and dispatch arrangements are agreed before sending it.
