Buying plywood from China, direct from our factory.
Bring us the plywood you need to make, build or sell. CUZI PLY manufactures in Linyi, Shandong, China, with 10 production lines. Our factory team helps choose the face, core, bond and processing, then quotes the panels, quality checks and export packing for your order.
You can start with the application, dimensions, quantity and destination. This guide explains what to send, what we confirm and how to carry the same specification from samples and quotation through production, shipment and repeat supply.
One factory team for the board and the order.
CUZI PLY is the export brand of Linyi Cuzi Plywood Co., Ltd. We manufacture plywood for furniture, formwork, building and industrial uses. Your specification links the material, processing, checks and packing instead of leaving those decisions to a generic sheet description.
Know the company behind your order
Find our company identity and factory location in About CUZI PLY. Review the certificate and document information relevant to the product you intend to buy, and discuss the inspection records you need before ordering.
Contact our team to discuss the construction or arrange a factory visit. Share what you want to see and the intended date so we can confirm the arrangements.
Start with the product you make or sell
A cabinet, a concrete-forming panel and an export case need different faces, cores and working surfaces. Use our plywood catalogue and application guides to shortlist a panel, or explain the job and let our team help.
If you have an existing board specification, send the requirements you want us to reproduce or improve. We compare the complete construction and processing, not just the trade name.

Six steps to a useful factory order.
Keep the same product and commercial details with each step. You do not need to finish every choice alone before enquiring; we help complete the specification with you.
Start with the job
You provide: Tell us the application, sheet or part sizes, thickness, quantity and destination. Add the finish or performance requirements you already know.
Our factory: Our team recommends plywood constructions and identifies the remaining choices for a useful quotation.
Next: A panel specification that fits the component, not just a product name.
Compare the construction
You provide: Name the visible faces, core, bond, machining and documents you need. Request a sample for the features you want to evaluate.
Our factory: We agree the proposed construction, piece sizes, any sample costs and courier arrangements. You assess the finish, edge and processing that matter to the part.
Next: A written construction and sample or finish reference for the order.
Confirm the complete offer
You provide: Check the product, quantity mix, dimensions, processing, inspection, packing, price unit, delivery term and timing.
Our factory: We set out the offered plywood and commercial terms, including the payment arrangement and anything separately charged.
Next: A quotation and order confirmation on the same buying basis.
Manufacture and check
You provide: Confirm the order specification and any inspection or testing arrangements before production. Tell us about changes to your component or drawing.
Our factory: Our factory produces the agreed construction and checks the finished panels against the order requirements.
Next: Finished plywood and the inspection records agreed for your shipment.
Pack and prepare dispatch
You provide: Provide receiving equipment, bundle limits, marks and delivery instructions. Confirm the shipping document requirements with your importer or broker.
Our factory: We prepare the agreed packs and coordinate the quantities, weights, marks, booking information and documents for dispatch.
Next: Identified packages and shipment information that match the goods.
Receive and plan repeat supply
You provide: Check the packages and delivered construction against the order. Keep the reference and tell us which parts, finishes or quantities change next time.
Our factory: Our team reviews receiving questions and confirms the specification and schedule for the next order.
Next: A clear reference for repeat plywood production and purchasing.

Tell us the job, dimensions and quantity first.
Useful detail helps us compare the right constructions and included work. Tell us which requirements are fixed and which you would like help choosing.
Application and destination
Describe the component, visible surfaces, supported spans, moisture, finish and destination. Include any named product standard, emission requirement or customer specification.
Panel and finished-part schedule
List width, length, finished thickness and quantity by item. State tolerances, face-grain direction, cutting, holes or profiles if parts will arrive processed. Mention the drawings you have; our team will arrange the detailed exchange after your enquiry.
Face, core, bond and finish
Name any species, face/back grade, core construction, bond, overlay, colour or texture you require. If undecided, describe the result you need at your workshop or project and our team will help compare options.
Timing and receiving
Give your target receiving date, country and named port or delivery point. Include pack-weight limits, lifting equipment and any product mix. We confirm the manufacturing and packing plan for that schedule.
Regular plywood formats: 1220×2440, 1250×2500, 1525×3050 mm. On request: 1250×3050, 1250×3660, 2100×2800, 1830×3660, 1250×3800 mm. We also discuss finished-part cutting with your layout. See Plywood Sizes & Thicknesses and How to Specify Plywood for a more detailed brief.
Make the sample useful to your buying decision.
Ask for the construction, thickness and finish you want to evaluate. Include the feature that matters: a clear-finished face, a routed edge, a hinge fixing, a film surface or a fitted joint.
Agree the sample and how you will assess it
We confirm piece sizes, any sample and courier costs and dispatch arrangements before sending them. Compare the face, core, edge, dimensions and machining with the proposed order, and evaluate the intended coating or fitting where needed.
A small piece can help choose a finish or construction; checks needing a full-size panel, installation or defined test are discussed separately. Keep the agreed reference and requirements with the quotation.
Set the checks before production
State the visible-face limits, core quality, dimensions, thickness tolerance, moisture, processing and any required testing. Our factory checks the finished lot against the agreed specification.
If you need a third-party inspector or laboratory report, discuss the scope, sampling, stage, cost and timing with us before ordering. Use Quality & Inspection for the checks and records to consider.
Review the applicable product documents with the selected construction and use. A company certificate and a product performance report answer different questions.
Compare the whole order, not only the price per sheet.
Read the quotation as a description of what will arrive and what work remains for you. The selected construction, dimensions, quantity, processing and delivery basis should all be clear.
On a phone, swipe across the table to read the offer and buying purpose together.
| Check | In the offer | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Panel construction | Face/back grade, core, veneer arrangement, bond and any overlay or treatment. | Similar outer faces can hide different cores, machining behaviour and performance. |
| Finished dimensions | Width, length, thickness, tolerances, sanding and any cutting or machining. | The delivered board or part must fit your layout, tooling, hardware and assembly. |
| Quantity and mix | Quantities by product, thickness or part, minimum order and permitted mix. | An overall container quantity does not describe the quantities needed for each construction. |
| Samples and quality | Sample or finish reference, inspection requirements and any agreed independent testing. | Decide what the finished panels will be compared with before production begins. |
| Price and included work | Currency, price unit, processing, testing and other included or separate costs. | A USD/m³ price and a per-sheet or delivered-part price need the same construction and dimensions to compare. |
| Packing and delivery | Pack protection, marks, handling, delivery term and named port or place. | Know the supply point and which freight, insurance and destination costs are included. |
| Payment and timing | Payment method, any deposit/balance arrangement, production schedule and shipment planning. | Production, inspection, booking and transit are separate stages; plan to the required receiving date. |
| Product and shipment documents | Applicable product information, test or certificate requirements and the agreed shipping document set. | Match the documents to the selected plywood, destination and shipment rather than requesting a generic certificate list. |
- Order quantity & mix
- Tell us the sheet size, thickness mix and quantity you need. We confirm the minimum order and available mix for your selected construction.
- Production lead time
- We confirm the production schedule with your specification, order quantity and sample requirements. Production lead times are planning estimates, not transit times.
- Price & quotation unit
- Currency and price unit stated in your quotation. Your quote is based on the agreed dimensions, construction and quantity. Processing and requested testing are stated separately where applicable.
- Samples
- Tell us the plywood, thickness, finish and delivery country. We confirm sample availability, any sample and courier costs, and dispatch arrangements before proceeding.
- Packing & delivery
- We agree export packing, labels and the loading plan for your order. Share the destination country, named port or delivery point and preferred delivery term. Freight, insurance, duties and taxes are included only when stated in the quotation.
- Payment & order confirmation
- We agree the payment method, currency and any deposit and balance schedule in the quotation or proforma invoice. Your order confirmation sets out the product, quantity, packing and delivery arrangements.
The Plywood Price Guide helps compare price units and delivered cost. If using Incoterms® rules, agree the edition, exact rule and named location with the offer. The ICC’s official Incoterms® 2020 guidance explains their role in allocating costs, risk and obligations.
Confirm the product, quantities, packing, inspection, payment method and agreed timing in the order or proforma invoice. Any requested change to the supplied construction, finish or processing should be agreed before production proceeds.
Protect the panels and prepare the shipment together.
The packing plan should fit the product and the journey: sheet or part dimensions, surface sensitivity, bundle support, pack mass, identification and unloading equipment.
Pack protection and identification
Agree bundle support, face and edge protection, wrapping, straps and marks. Separate and identify products or parts for your receiving sequence. Share any bundle-weight or fork-entry limits before packs are prepared.
Loading quantities
A container volume estimate is an early planning tool, not a fixed number of sheets for every construction. We work with finished pack dimensions and actual weights, then coordinate the equipment, payload and handling arrangements.
Documents that match the goods
Confirm invoice, packing list and transport-document instructions before dispatch. Agree any requested origin, inspection, product or insurance documents according to the order. The final quantities, package counts, marks and weights must describe the actual packed shipment.
Destination and timing
Share your importer or customs broker’s instructions and required document formats. Plan production, inspection, booking, transit, clearance and unloading as separate stages. We discuss the order’s manufacturing and dispatch arrangements; confirm carrier and destination timing with the parties handling them.
Continue with Packing & Container Loading, Export Documents and the relevant Destination Guide. Destination requirements and charges depend on the goods and shipment; this guide does not replace your importer’s instructions.
Keep the useful reference for the next order.
At receiving, compare package counts and condition, product identification and the delivered panels with your agreed specification. Follow the panel and finish requirements for storage and handling at your warehouse.
If something needs review
Contact our team with the order and pack identity, quantities affected, photographs and relevant dimensions or other findings. Keep the information with the goods so we can review the issue against the agreed requirements and discuss the next action.
When you reorder
Reference the agreed construction, face or finish, finished thickness, machining, tolerances and packing. Tell us about changes to the component, tools, hardware or quantity mix. We confirm the repeat specification and schedule before the next production order.
Buying directly from CUZI PLY
Questions before your factory order.
Am I buying plywood directly from your factory in China?
Yes. CUZI PLY is the export brand of Linyi Cuzi Plywood Co., Ltd. We manufacture plywood in Linyi, Shandong, China, with 10 production lines. You work directly with our factory team on the panel construction, processing, inspection, packing and order conditions.
What should I send for a useful first quotation?
Start with the use, sheet or component dimensions, finished thickness, quantities and destination. Include any preferred face, core, bond, finish, machining, product standard or target delivery date. Tell us what is undecided; you do not need a complete technical specification before contacting our factory.
Can I order custom sizes or processed plywood parts?
Yes. Send your finished dimensions, quantities, grain direction, tolerances and any cutting, hole or profile requirements. We confirm the construction, processing, packing and price for the order. Compare the cutting yield and handling of a custom format with regular sheets before choosing the most useful supply option.
Can I receive a sample before placing an order?
Request the plywood construction, thickness and finish you want to assess, and tell us whether a cut edge, hardware fit or machined feature matters. We agree the piece sizes, any sample and courier costs and dispatch arrangements. Keep the agreed construction and evaluation requirements with the order rather than relying only on the appearance of a small piece.
What is the minimum order and can I mix thicknesses?
Minimum quantities and product or thickness mixes depend on the construction, processing and order. Send quantities for each item, not just a total volume. We confirm the minimum order and available mix in the quotation, with product identification and packing arranged for the agreed schedule.
How long does a factory order take?
We confirm the production schedule for the construction, quantity, processing and any sample or testing requirements. Give us your required receiving date and dispatch target. Sample preparation, manufacturing, inspection, booking, transport and destination clearance need separate planning; a production lead time is not a promised delivery date at your warehouse.
Can I arrange inspection before shipment?
Yes, discuss the inspection scope, timing, sampling, inspector and report requirements before ordering. Our factory checks follow the agreed plywood specification. If you need an independent inspection or laboratory test, we confirm the arrangements, associated costs and timing for the selected product and lot.
What documents will accompany my plywood order?
The agreed set depends on the product, destination, payment method and shipment. Confirm invoice, packing list and transport-document instructions, plus any requested origin, inspection or product reports. We match the issued information to the packed goods. Your importer or customs broker confirms destination requirements and document formats before dispatch.
How do I compare the factory price with the cost at my warehouse?
Compare the same plywood construction, finished dimensions, quantity, processing and packing first. Then use the stated delivery term and named location to identify included and separate freight, insurance and destination charges. Ask your importer or broker about local charges. A lower board price is not automatically a lower cost per usable part or a complete delivered offer.
How do I keep repeat orders consistent?
Reference the agreed face and core, bond, finished dimensions, machining, finish and inspection requirements from the previous order. Tell us about changes in your component, tooling, hardware or product mix. We confirm the repeat specification, any proposed changes, packing and production schedule before proceeding.
Start with what you know. We will help with the rest.
Tell our factory what you make or sell, the sizes and quantities you need and where the plywood will go. We will help complete the panel and purchase details so you can compare a useful quotation.
