From your specification to container delivery.
Available to order
CUZI PLY manufactures plywood to your agreed specification and order quantity. Confirm the product, sheet sizes, thickness mix and quantity with our factory team.
Production: 7–15 days
Production is based on your confirmed order. This is the production period, not the sea-freight transit time. Sailing and arrival arrangements are confirmed for your shipment.
Sea freight in containers
We prepare export packing, pack identification and the container loading plan for your order. Tell us your destination port and any receiving or unloading requirements.
FOB Qingdao / Lianyungang
Our delivery terms are FOB Qingdao / Lianyungang, China. The named port and shipment arrangements are recorded in your quotation and order confirmation.
Freight priced for your shipment.
Freight is quoted separately for each order, based on the destination, container requirements and shipping arrangements. The agreed charges are stated in your quotation and order confirmation.
What to send for a freight quote
Send the product, sizes, thicknesses, quantity, destination port and preferred shipment date. We use your order and packing details to confirm the container requirements and shipping arrangements.
What your quotation confirms
FOB product prices do not include ocean freight. Freight, insurance, duties, taxes and onward delivery are included only when stated in your quotation. Any sample and courier costs are confirmed separately before dispatch.

Return terms agreed for your order.
Returns are agreed for each order. Return eligibility, the request period, return transport costs and any refund or replacement arrangements are set out in your quotation or sales contract.

Discuss the return arrangements with our team alongside the plywood specification and delivery terms. Your quotation or sales contract records the agreed conditions for the goods you are ordering.
If you need help after delivery
Contact our factory team with your order reference, the product and quantity involved, and a description of the issue. We will review the details with you and confirm the next steps under your order terms before any return shipment is arranged.

The warranty period and the return arrangements are separate: return eligibility, timing and costs follow the terms agreed for your order.
