Our 21,000 m² factory has 10 production lines and monthly capacity of 5,000 m³. The main thickness range is 3–30 mm. Principal export regions include Europe, North America, Australia, the Middle East and South America.
Common formats include 1200×2400, 1220×2440 and 1250×2500 mm. Larger formats such as 1525×3050, 1220×2800, 1220×3660, 1220×3800 and 1220×4200 mm are reviewed against the selected product, construction, press capacity, handling and packing plan.

We first confirm the application, destination and product construction. Dimensions, tolerance, inspection, documents and packing are then agreed before production, and the same specification is used through manufacturing, final checks and shipment preparation.

The inspection plan is selected for the product and order. Measurements, visual checks, samples, tests and documents are reviewed against the agreed construction, finished lot, destination and buyer requirements.

Flat, side, upright and mixed packing can be selected according to panel dimensions, handling and container space. Protection, labels and shipment documents are confirmed for the order and destination.

CUZI PLY is the export brand of Linyi Cuzi Plywood Co., Ltd., a plywood manufacturer registered in 2008 in Linyi, Shandong, China. We support international buyers from specification and production through inspection, packing and shipment preparation.
The factory covers 21,000 m², operates 10 production lines and has monthly capacity of approximately 5,000 m³. Actual scheduling depends on product construction, dimensions, quantity and order mix.
The main thickness range is 3–30 mm. Common formats include 1200×2400, 1220×2440 and 1250×2500 mm. Larger formats include 1525×3050, 1220×2800, 1220×3660, 1220×3800 and 1220×4200 mm, subject to the selected product, construction, handling and packing review.
Incoming veneers and core materials are checked before lay-up; lay-up, adhesive application and pressing follow the selected construction; finished panels are checked for moisture, thickness, dimensions, squareness, surface, edges and packing. Moisture is specified by product and order—the current film faced plywood specification is 8–12%.
Principal export regions include Europe, North America, Australia, the Middle East and South America. Include the application, destination, panel size, thickness and quantity, plus the preferred core, face or overlay, bond, tolerance, packing and required documents when known.
