No. The exact finished product, declared construction use, applicable harmonised option and destination determine whether a Declaration of Performance and marking option applies. Furniture, packaging and other non-construction uses are not assigned that option automatically.
EN 314-1 is the bonding-quality test-test methods and EN 314-2 contains requirements by bonding class. The order names both separately and binds test specimens, panel construction, lot and report scope.
Yes. The buyer nominates the product, end use, destination restriction and accepted test method. EN 717-1 or another agreed method supports a scoped result; it does not create a blanket emission claim for every construction.
Provide the EU operator or trader role, product and CN/HS scope, transaction timing, quantity, species and source information, supplier chain and required submission workflow. Applicable dates and obligations are reconfirmed from the current legal and Commission sources.
A transaction-specific FSC or PEFC option can be planned when certificate scope, product group, claim category, supplier chain and sales documents are verified. A logo, species name or old certificate copy is not sufficient.

Regular 1220×2440 and 1250×2500 mm options are evaluated by product. 1500×3000, 1525×3050 and approved oversize formats require line, flatness, support, payload, transport and unloading validation; availability is not assumed for every construction.
The pack plan fixes continuous aligned bearers, no unsupported overhang, restraint, corner and face protection, fork access, gross weight, label visibility, wrap or ventilation, transfer equipment and a receiving inspection window.
