What is the finished plywood component?
Identify the panel as formwork, sheathing, furniture part, floor, sign, crate, case or precision component, then describe how it will be used.
Finished useChoose plywood by the finished component, working conditions and production process. Compare concrete formwork, structural construction, furniture, industrial packaging, marine and exterior work, anti-slip flooring, signage, flight cases and precision components, then match surface, core, bond, 8–12% order moisture target, dimensions, machining and quality documents to the actual order.

Quality documentsProduct construction, size, processing, quantity, packing, destination, delivery term and requested documents form the quotation basis.
Quotation basisEach guide connects a finished use with suitable plywood constructions, purchasing parameters and quotation inputs.
Match the panel to pour conditions, structural use, supports, fixings, surface finish and site exposure.
Compare film faced and structural plywood after the assembly and working conditions are defined.Match face quality, calibrated thickness, machining, edge appearance and finish to the component.
Compare furniture, birch, hardwood, poplar, melamine and HPL options by the finished part.Match the case panel and frame to cargo weight, handling, stacking, impact and shipment exposure.
Use packing and case-panel options with the complete crate or protective-case design.Match overlay, coating, bond, edge protection and maintenance to moisture, weather, wear or slip duty.
Compare marine, anti-slip, HDO, MDO and film-faced options for the stated service condition.Match core uniformity, thickness calibration, flatness and glue-line behaviour to the drawing and machine.
Approve a production sample with the intended material, machine and critical dimensions.Use the table to shortlist a product family, then open the detailed application guide for construction, processing and RFQ requirements.

Start with the finished component and its service conditions. Then compare surface, veneer species, core lay-up, bond, moisture, thickness, tolerance, edge protection and required documents as one construction.
Film faced plywood is the main option. Specify film weight and type, core construction, exterior bond, sealed edges, thickness, tolerance, support spacing, concrete finish and planned site cycle together.
Furniture grade, birch, hardwood, poplar, melamine and HPL-faced plywood can all be suitable. The choice depends on visible-face quality, density, calibrated thickness, machining, screw holding, edge appearance and finish.
Packing plywood, commercial plywood, poplar and selected birch or film-faced constructions are common options. Cargo mass, case frame, stacking, handling, option exposure and destination rules determine the final construction.
Provide the nominated standard and grade, assembly type, support spacing, panel orientation, edge support, fastening schedule, exposure condition, thickness, marking and inspection requirements.
Combine a durable bond with suitable veneers, controlled core gaps, balanced construction, compatible coating, sealed cut edges, protected joints, drainage, ventilation and planned maintenance.
Specify the surface pattern, slip-test method and condition, abrasion duty, traffic, contaminants, cleaning chemicals, support spacing, fixing method, core, bond, edge sealing and finished thickness.
Consistent veneer thickness, a uniform low-gap core, controlled glue lines, flatness and calibrated thickness support predictable kerf and edge quality. Approve a sample on the intended machine before volume production.
Cutting and machining can be discussed for the selected product and order. Send drawings, units, tolerances, hole and edge details, critical dimensions, sample quantity and production volume for confirmation.
Send the finished use, service conditions, preferred plywood, construction, size, thickness, tolerances, machining, quantity, packing, destination, delivery term, quality documents and target date.
