- Availability
- Available to order — made to order. We manufacture the plywood to your agreed specification and order quantity.
- Order quantity & mix
- Tell us the sheet size, thickness mix and quantity you need. We confirm the minimum order and available mix for your selected construction.
- Production lead time
- 7–15 days. Production is based on your confirmed order. Ocean transit time is separate.
- Price & quotation unit
- Currency and price unit stated in your quotation. Your quote is based on the agreed dimensions, construction and quantity. Processing and requested testing are stated separately where applicable.
- Samples
- Tell us the plywood, thickness, finish and delivery country. We confirm sample availability, any sample and courier costs, and dispatch arrangements before proceeding.
- Packing & shipping
- Sea freight in containers. Export packing, labels and the container loading plan are prepared for your order. Freight is quoted separately for each order, based on the destination, container requirements and shipping arrangements. The agreed charges are stated in your quotation and order confirmation.
- Delivery terms
- FOB Qingdao / Lianyungang, China. Tell us your destination port so we can coordinate the shipment.
- Payment & order confirmation
- We agree the payment method, currency and any deposit and balance schedule in the quotation or proforma invoice. Your order confirmation sets out the product, quantity, packing and delivery arrangements.
- Warranty & returns
- 180-day product warranty. Returns are agreed for each order. Return eligibility, the request period, return transport costs and any refund or replacement arrangements are set out in your quotation or sales contract. Contact our factory team with your order reference for after-sales support.

How do I request plywood samples?
Choose Request a Plywood Sample, then tell us the plywood, thickness, finish, trial-piece size, quantity and delivery country. We confirm availability, any sample and courier costs, and dispatch arrangements before proceeding. Use the plywood with your machining, finishing or assembly process before agreeing the production specification.
What happens after I send my enquiry?
A successful submission displays a reference. Our factory team reviews your requirements and contacts you using the details you provided to discuss the plywood, quotation or sample arrangements. Keep the reference when adding more information by email or WhatsApp.
