Name the product or the part you are making, then give the intended use, sheet size, thickness and quantity. For a cabinet order, for example, include the visible finish, machining and edge requirements; for formwork, include the concrete finish and expected site use.
State the country, port or inland delivery point, preferred trade term and target shipping date. A useful quote also names the core, face or overlay, bond, thickness tolerance, requested test reports and packing method where your project requires them.
List the drawing number, cut schedule, sample reference or test method in Requirements. Public uploads are disabled; when a file is needed, our sales team will arrange a suitable private exchange.
